1.      Payment

Payment must be received in full before the artwork or jewellery is shipped, delivered or collected.

2.      Shipping and Delivery

Shipping and delivery costs are excluded from the purchase price.

A flat rate for standard AusPost shipping will be applied at checkout for jewellery purchases.

For artwork, please email me directly for a shipping quote based on your location.

3.      Returns and Refunds

Returns and exchanges are not offered on purchases due to change of mind.

4.      Intellectual Property

Georgia Fox retains all rights to the artwork and jewellery design, including reproduction rights.

5.      Condition of Artwork

The Buyer is responsible for reviewing the artwork condition before purchase. Please email if you would like to see a video of the artwork before committing to your purchase.

6.      Limitation of Liability

Georgia Fox is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the sale of artwork or jewellery.
